We all know that Ethics plays a significant role in a brilliant career, company and also in people. Therefore, Global Alliance for PR Communication Management dedicates the month of February as “Ethics Month” to spread awareness about the importance of ethics in communication in all areas of business, government, non-profit and education.
There are some key points that we need to remember when we talk about Ethics. The first thing is that ethics is to keep promises. It’s easy to make a promise but keeping a promise is a different story. Not everyone can do that!
The second is Commitment to Excellence. Third is Integrity because ethics must show Fairness and Equality for both sides when we make decisions. Fourth, ethics is about showing Respect for others, as well as Trust and Accuracy.
Remember, to be great isn’t just about winning something, because great people have great ethics and great values.
