The ASEAN Women’s Circle (AWC) officially opened the AWC Annual Bazaar on the 28th of October, 2015 and was a two-day event which was until the 29th of October, 2015. This event was opened to the public and was held at the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta. There were over 50 vendors and exhibitors showcasing a rich variety of food from ASEAN countries, Australia, Russia and also promotion of renowned products of ASEAN such as batik, crafts, fashion accessories and also apparel for men and women.
The London School of Public Relations Jakarta team had the opportunity to not only attend this event, but the team also had the chance to interview H.E. I Gusti Agung Wesaka Puja, Director General of ASEAN Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Dr. AKP Mochtan, the Deputy Secretary General (DSG) of ASEAN for Community and Corporate Affairs Department and a few other participants at the Annual Bazaar.
