Mr. Marcus Loh – President of Institute PR of Singapore (IPRS) stated that ” after assessing available information and discussing the evolving situation, IPRS has decided to postpone the IPRS PRISM Conference, which was to be held in Singapore on March 5 “. They are proposing to postpone the conference by 3 months to 14 May
