The 4th ASEAN Public Relations Conference and ASEAN Public Relations Excellence Awards Ceremony are organized by the ASEAN Public Relations Network (APRN) in collaboration with the Vietnam Public Relations Network (VNPR) and Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism. The events are in conjunction with the International Tourism Expo (ITE HCMC 2023), taking place from September 7 to September 9, 2023.
