The Global Alliance (GA) for Public Relations and Communications Management (www.globalalliancepr.org) is the confederation of the World’s major public relations and communication management associations and institution representing 160,000 practitioners and academics around the world. The Global Alliance’s mission is to unify the public relations profession, raise professional standards all over the world, share knowledge for the benefit of its members and be the global voice for public relations in the public interest.
Milan-Italy is the destination for GA’s 13th Annual General Meeting. Hosted by FERPI, the Italian Federation of Public Relations, the event will start with a Conference on Food, Sustainability & Communication, on Friday, June 26. The Global Alliance Annual General Meeting will take place later in the afternoon, followed by the Association Leaders’ Workshop and a networking event and dinner in Milan.
Saturday’s schedule includes a visit to EXPO2015, this year’s theme is “Feeding the planet, energy for life” and APRN’s President Mrs. Prita Kemal Gani is one of the speakers to talk about “The Role of Communication in Food Promotion”.
