14-15 November, 2017 at Renaissance Indian Wells, Palm Springs, California. Mrs Prita Kemal Gani as Entrepreneurial Winning Women Class of 2015 attended the EY 10th Anniversary along with the other Winning Women from around the world. There were quite a lot of sharing sessions from all the success Winning Women — all Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award winners and an athlete preneur, One of the topic they shared was women who has played sport to the highest level can founded and built a great and successful companies. They talk truth about creating, scaling, leading and thriving enterprises. On the last day, there is a small group discussions on five challenging issues: negotiation strategies, building an advisory board, financing for scale, securing a corporate board seat, and evolving your team. Mrs Prita joined “evolving your team session” and she gets so many insights about how to develop a team in scaling the business up.
Not only attending the event, but EY were also inviting the Winning Women (WW) from around the world to showcase their products and services to the other WW during the event. As there are so many WW who attends, EY provides a dedicated space where all of the products with explanatory information can be placed. In this occasion, Mrs. Prita contributes 150 handmade pouches with paintings made by textile that we print from autistic children’s painting, Tiffany Komara. Tiffany was diagnosed autistic since 5 years old. Currently, she is no longer can see clearly due to problem with the retina in her eyes. The Winning Women were so happy to get the pouches and they were so proud of Tifanny’s artwork.
