Kuala Lumpur — The Kuala Lumpur International PR Conference (KLIP 8) will return in 2026, bringing together communication professionals, academics, and industry leaders from across the region and beyond. As one of the leading platforms in the field of public relations, KLIP continues to serve as a space for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and professional development.

This year, KLIP 8 carries the theme “Zero Hour: The Trust Crisis – PR in an AI-Driven World,” reflecting the growing challenges faced by communication practitioners in navigating misinformation, digital disruption, and the increasing role of artificial intelligence in shaping public perception.

The conference will be held on 8 June 2026 at the Auditorium Azman Hashim AICB, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, featuring a full-day programme of keynote sessions, panel discussions, and expert presentations. Participants will have the opportunity to gain insights into emerging global trends in communication, particularly in areas such as crisis communication, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and digital strategy.

KLIP 8 will also feature a distinguished lineup of speakers from across ASEAN and the global communication industry. These experts will share their perspectives on how communication strategies are evolving in response to technological advancements and shifting audience expectations.

In addition to the knowledge-sharing sessions, the conference provides valuable networking opportunities, allowing participants to connect with peers, industry leaders, and communication practitioners from diverse backgrounds. Such interactions are expected to foster collaboration and strengthen professional networks within the global communication community.
