Jakarta, 30th September 2019 – ASEAN PR Network in collaboration with LSPR Centre for ASEAN Creativepreneurship Partnership held The 6th Talk Series of ASEAN SPOT with the theme “PR & The Art of Branding” at LSPR Transpark Juanda, Bekasi on Monday (30/09/2019).
The talk show was opened by LSPR Band and then President of APRN, Prita Kemal Gani, MBA, MCIPR, APR gave her greetings. She stated that Public Relations must be able to manage and maintain image and distribute the right message to the public that they are targeting. Based on a survey, the reputation of the leader in an organization is 45% then employees, logo and products. Meaning, a great leader plays an important role in branding.
Fajar Ginanjar Head of Publication Bureau of Public Relations and Protocol of West Java Province on behalf of Mr. Ridwan Kamil Governor of West Java stated, “I brought a message from the governor about PR.” He continued, “Being a PR professional is a great challenge and devotion, where we are being demanded by the public to provide good information to create a safe and peaceful state through prepared programs”. Then he stated that branding couldn’t be separated from the role of PR especially, in carrying out the profession to build regional reputation in the Era of information disclosure. The era that requires being able to present fast-paced, actual and factual information.
